While we do not require you to upload a physical copy of your prescription, we strongly recommend consulting an eye care professional to ensure your eyes are suitable for contact lenses and to obtain the correct measurements.
Are your products authentic and safe to use?
Yes, all our products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from reputable brands in Korea and Japan. Our lenses are CE certified and ISO cleared for safety and quality.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns for unopened and unused items within 14 days of receipt. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened contact lens vials or used cosmetic products.
